Chris Larcombe is a guitarist from Derby, UK. After graduating from Manchester's Royal Northern College of Music in 2022, he now works professionally as a musician, video editor and content creator.

 

As a guitarist, he is a full-time member of ‘OMA’, an original 4-piece hip-hop group. He completed his first UK and European tour in March 2023, supporting and backing up Isaiah Rashad of Top Dawg Entertainment on 22 dates with OMA.

 

As well as his hip-hop endeavours, Chris possesses strong foundations in traditional country music, following years of interest in the Californian country-rock scene of the 1960s and 1970s. He is the proud owner of a left-handed B-bender guitar, which uses a niche strap-operated mechanism that was co-designed and made popular by bluegrass and country guitarist Clarence White in 1968.

 

As a content creator, Chris has driven OMA to a following of over 500,000 across all media platforms. Their Instagram account has garnered over 30 million views through music covers, original music, AI-based content, and behind-the-scenes videos. He also helped transform B-bender content on TikTok, increasing ‘#bbender’ views from 200,000 to well over 14 million in 2022.
